An exceptional album by Michelle Ng, one of the most talented exponents of the guzheng. Ng studied the guzheng at the Academy of Performing Arts under master Cheng Chuen. She was a member of the Cheun Ying Guzheng Ensemble, which performed concerts in China and also toured in Europe to great success and critical acclaim. As a solo artist, Ng has performed in Hunan and Beijing, where she was instructed by Fan Shang'e. She has received many awards, including the 1994 Doming Lam prize and the Hugo Award
