"This CD gives a large genre of songs that signify what the 90's were all about. With a plethora of songs, one could never get tired of listening to it. I enjoyed this CD thuroughly."

"I will never really get over the yearning for the past sounds that defined the late 1980s and the first half of the 1990s because many of the best music from rock, dance, pop, r&b, and even the once great genres of rap and hip-hop came out around this time in music. "All Around The World" by Lisa Stansfield is a red hot danceable R&B classic with a high-energy dance classic with a yearning atmosphere and a slight orchestral sound. Stansfield's vocals are incredible and it's a great act of justice that this song went all the way up to number 1 back in 1990. Why hasn't R&B ever sounded this good ever since? A great classic. This CD also delves into rock music with suggestive classics like the Divinyls "I Touch Myself" which is a really good song and is a staple of early 1990s alternative rock and almost like the chrysalis of the grunge movement that took the podium late in 1991 and the next few years afterwards. Even rap songs like Heavy D's "Not That I Found Love" are just amazing altough the song "Iesha" by Another Bad Creation doesn't do a lot for me. Heavy D's "Now that I Found Love" is one of the greatest rap songs ever composed and while most rap has fallen out of favor within a few years, this song is still awesome and fun to dance to and showcases how great rap, hip-hop, once were. A tragedy these genres crashed down to the bottom with time. This collection is very diverse with songs like Charles and Eddie's "Would I Lie To You" to the soulful ballad Expose "I'll Never Get Over You" and finally closing with a bang with the punk rock hip hop anthem "Unbelievable" by EMF which brings back a lot of memories of my childhood. This collection is very well put together and represents a great spectrum of the incredible music that defined this era in music and is highly recommended for those who love early 1990s music from all of the genres covered on this collection."
