"Ustad Sabri Khan is joined by his son, Kamal Sabri, to render two ragas played on "the instrument of a hundred colors", the Indian sarangi. This is a cello-like instrument but with far more expressiveness than the western instrument. In Raga Vachaspati, Ustad Sabri Khan shows us that he is as comfortable and virtuosic in the Karnatic(south Indian) tradition as he is in north Idian or Hindustani music. The interplay of sarangis and tabla keep the listener involved also. This is Khansahib's finest recordings, and it is a must for any music fan."
