"A Walk" , the debut solo album by acclaimed composer/pianist Uri Brener was released to rave reviews. The album includes 12 pieces played on a vintage piano surrounded with lots of vintage microphones - all recorded in an empty hall. Produced by Lior Suliman & Tal Weiss, it features eight compositions by Brener (one of them based on troubadour songs from the 12th century) alongside compositions by Alexander Eisenstadt, Yann Tiersen and Tal Weiss.

"A charming album, which is centred on the beautiful pieces written by Brener himself. I read about Brener which seems quite an unusual character, and I think that his intriguing personality is quite reflected in the music he writes. His expression as pianist is exceptional, and reminds me of a mixture between Harold Budd, Chick Korea and Keith Jarrett. I especially love his "Perelandra's Tale" and "Credo".
