Synopsis

Album Description
Up, Bustle & Out are rrrufff. Whilst touring recently they left behind a few band members in various countries, and their last gig found their tour manager missing presumed chipped, and the tour bus graffiti-ized. This is their new album of music flavoured with elements of the bands' eclectic world journeys ; peppered with the silks, perfumes and golds from the later sub-continental travels of Senor Rudi, band leader, songwriter, silver flautist and flamboyant gipsy .... 'Light 'Em Up, Blow 'Em Out' includes some old faves now deleted and unavailable.'

"With a name like Up, Bustle, and Out, one is not too sure what to expect. Is that the name of the band or the album, or both? But after putting this CD through it's paces in my CD changer, it has come out on top time and time again. It is a pretty chillin' CD throughout with a solid baja vibe. It is smooth listening all the way through, although there is one song that is a little creepy at points (but still good). It is interesting to note that on their new album, Rebel Radio, they take that same song, turn it inside out and produce one of the best jazz tracks I have heard in a long time. This band is very talented and is a great find. Senor Ronnie knows what the hell he is doing. I have been listening to their new one quite a bit now, and love it just the same (if not a bit more). You couldn't really go wrong with either CD. Happy listening."

"the best of UB&O without question. the tribal drum beats with the transition to jazz-like melodies to latin flavored music gives the album a very rich and wide range of sounds. i have yet to find a friend of mine who doesn't like it when i've played this album for them."
