Synopsis

Product Description
UNDONE is a ?power-rock? band from the heart of the great American Midwest. Armed with great songs, a ?fire-in-the-belly? passion, and a ?get-in-the-van? work ethic that can only come from four guys sweating it out in every basement, rock club, and voodoo haunt this side of the Mississippi, UNDONE is a band on a mission. Hailing from Evansville, Indiana just a stone?s throw from the stomping grounds of modern rock mainstays Tantric, My Morning Jacket, and Days of the New and just down the road from fellow Hoosier legend John Mellencamp, UNDONE is forging its own creative path contributing to this rich musical legacy with the release of ?UNDONE?, the band?s debut 4-song EP released on Indie 500 Records www.indie500records.com. UNDONE?s songs come fully-loaded with hook-laded choruses and slash-and-burn guitars creating an arena rock aesthetic that make you swear you have heard this band before. Not totally dissimilar to Creed, Fuel, and Three Doors Down, UNDONE?s ready-for-the-world sound offers the listener a satisfying rock experience. The EP?s opener ?Wrong Again? is perhaps the best example of UNDONE?s trademark sound with Alex Siddon?s buzz-saw guitar daisy-chained with TAD?s ?mission: possible? bass line offering the perfect juxtaposition to Joe Randolph?s thought-provoking lyrics. The rocker ?Break? kicks off appropriately enough with Randolph screaming ?break!? into a wash of echo as the band jams through a 4/4 romp that makes even the most calloused rock listener flash the horns high! UNDONE?s first single, the mid-tempo epic ?Fallen,? is not just another sappy power ballad, ?Fallen? is a showcase of UNDONE?s song craftsmanship and musical savvy featuring drummer Steve Nelson?s tribal groove that stylistically has more in common with Peter Gabriel than Nickelback setting up a chorus that explodes out of the speakers like a scorned lover and states: ?I can see you walk away, I still see the look on your face.? UNDONE is receiving airplay on several Midwestern rock radio stations such as WITZ, WGBF, WUEV, and WVUB and playing live shows on a headlining club tour while making media appearances in support of the EP?s release. ?UNDONE is one the best rock bands to come out of the Midwest in the past 20 years!? -Walt Ferber; Program Director, WITZ
