"One thing is for sure- This is not the same old, same old that you hear on the local radio station. Old folks will sit back in their rocking chair and reminisce on the front porch with this album playing at low volume, while the b-boys will have the album bumpin' in the trunk with their sweetheart in the passenger seat. Tyren does an excellent job of resurrecting the classic sounds and styles of old school R&B and Soul and twists the two into his own special brew titled "the beautiful daye".
The only reason this album was not given a 5 was because there is room on the disk to fill up. After playing the CD straight through about 48 time's in my car, I finally passed the CD along for DJ use. Tracks 2, 8, 9, and 17 will catch any listeners ear. Purchase the CD, you'll be helping out wonderfull independent artists and getting more value then buying a tank of gas for the car."
