CD Reviews

Great individual performances

"This group is a band in need of a deal. There is potential. I really loved the remake of Brian McKnight's Anytime. There were a few things that suprised me. I noticed the CD was not mastered. I'm really particular about stuff like that. The art work had a "I'm a local band, using my own money to put this out". I saw the band perform in Atlanta at the Shark Bar. The keyboardist was awsome! I had never seen a guy play keyboard bass on one hand and still play solo keys in the other. Amazing coordination. The other members had to keep up with this guy. The saxophonist and trumpet player were very interesting in the harmonies they played. The two worked very well together. The drummer really didn't fit well with the type of music these guys were playing. He seemed to be more on the r&b tip(Extremly loud) The guitarist keep in the pocket pretty much. This is a group on the rise. They need some direction as far as production. The only real commercial songs on the album are "Anytime", Summer's Gone" and "Passion Mark" This is worth getting."
