CD Reviews

Good songs, but track listing may not be correct
John S. Harris | Memphis, TN | 03/02/2008
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Either the tracks listed are incorrect or the sample audio files are incorrect. Here are the tracks according to the WMV audio files (I didn't check them against the Amazon audio files):

1. She's a Beauty

2. Tip of My Tongue

3. Talk To Ya Later

4. Sushi Girl

5. Don't Want to Wait Anymore (as listed)

6. Bora Bora 2000/Love Bomb

7. No Not Again

8. (as listed)

9. Sports Fans

10. Come As You Are

11. Piece By Piece

12. Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman

13. When You're Ready to Come

14. Keyboard Kids

If the audio files represent the actual tracks on the CD, then the songs "Amnesia" and "Let's Make Some Noise" aren't on the CD despite being listed by Amazon.

But I don't have the CD myself so I cannot give you a definitive answer. So buyer beware: The actual CD may or may not have the tracks as listed in the Amazon listing, and it may or may not have the tracks that correspond with the audio files. It may be a mix of the two. Who knows?

Either way, what you are getting will be songs from their three releases on Capitol Records, the albums "The Completion Backward Principle" (1981), "Outside/Inside" (1983), and "Love Bomb" (1985). The songs "When You're Ready to Come" and "Keyboard Kids" were not released on regular studio albums -- "WYRTC" was the flipside to the single "She's a Beauty" and "Keyboard Kids" was released on one of their "Best Of" CDs in the early 1990's.

Hope this helps.
