"Si usted comparte la afición por interpretar los boleros de este fabuloso trío y le gusta la guitarra requinto, lo invito a que compartamos inquietudes acerca de la técnica y arreglos de Gilberto Puente, considerado el mejor requinto del mundo. joacosta@argos.senamed.edu.co"

"The first time I was ever introduced to Los Tres Reyes was in 1997 on an International Flight and I was listening to the on-flight music. I immediately fell in love with the song "Decídete" and became obsessed with finding an album containing the song. Alas! I FOUND IT... four years later, but my love for the song only grew as there was a shadow of it that remained with me in all those years. Now, let me tell you, this is my absolute favorite album. The instrumentation is so natural and calming. It's remarkable that only several instruments can create perfection. The music this trio makes is stunningly beautiful, and their harmonizing is breathtaking. Not to mention the romantic lyrics that exude a pure and flaming desire for love--and if the love fails to be, life would be cold, torturous, and full of pain. My words cannot give this album justice. I bought the album for just one song, but several other songs have joined the ranks of my very favorites (try "odiame", "alma mia", and "Asómate a mi alma"). Many of my friends who don't speak a word of spanish have enjoyed these songs. Give it a listen, and you may too."
