CD ReviewsNoop.It's not Karaoke! 04/20/1999 (4 out of 5 stars) "Karaoke King, upon my first look at the album I thought: "Oh no, not Karaoke" but no, listening to it proved otherwise. Karaoke King contains 6 songs, some of them are beautiful pop songs and other contain a touch more guitar lifting them to a more "rocky platform". I keep wondering though, where does that "Karaoke King" come from? My favourites: "Cry Out Loud" a beautiful easy flowing popsong, with some smooth guitar and harmonica. "When Jesus Comes To Town" Also a medium tempo song but with some strong guitar work making it a strong one. Can't keep my feet still on this one. After hearing just 6 of Toni's songs I definitely want to hear more."
