CD ReviewsSmooth Jazz fusion by Bassist Tom Kennedy 06/26/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "This is quit a good bass players album. Most concentrate on fast licks, which is popular these days. Tom decides to make an album that would normally be associated with a singer's album. Tom is obviously a well-schooled player, and on "Caravan" just doing what the bass does, play the rhythm. He lets fly on "Made in New York", and teams up with Tania Maria on keyboards. He also has a good feel for the upright bass as well! I'm suprised that Tania has chosen to tour without Tom in her band. He is a good bass player, does not over play any songs, and a good soloist. I wish that Tom would make more records, another for the bass man to collect!"
