"this is, quite simply, one of the very best (yet least known) ambient electronic records i've heard (and i've heard tons.) unlike TH's more acidic / germanic force inc. techno, this is completely ambient, although from time to time various rhythmic pulses enter into the mix. the sound is electronic, yet organic -- wistful harmonies and melodies over a bed of rumbly, reverbed and vaguely industrial sounds (none of it even vaguely harsh however - think zoviet-france at its most delicate rather than merzbow). the CD sleeve photo of minimalist architecture with a vaguely overcast sky perfectly sums up the aesthetic of this record. it's beautiful, soothing without being easy, electronic without being synthetic (this is NOT the pete namlook aesthetic). one of the unsung highlights of '90s electronica."

"Well, what to say. Heckmann goes straight to the top with this CD. Like other Products from him, he proved to be on of the best TechnoArtists in Germany. Minimalistic Sounds but a pumping Basshook, these are the ingredients of fine Techno."
