Ventura-based married couple, Colleen and Jason, play soulful, shimmering pop music. This two-piece came together musically after several years of marriage. They were driving home from a friend s house and Jason, told Colleen to take drum lessons so he could have a drummer to play with. A couple months later I got a drum set and we started playing in our living room Colleen said. The duo's jingly pop with the occasional screeching guitar and loose jazzy drums takes a direct pluck of sound from classic British pop.
