"I bought this CD for $1 in a grab bag and what a find! It's The Doors meets The Adams family! The songs have a creepy feel, but it's all done tongue-in-cheek. I especially love The Mummy and The Garden Path, but the whole CD is great. There's no real reason to be frightened; it's just good, fun, dark, 60's style rock music. The Overcoat have definitely carved out a sonic niche for themselves and I wouldn't be surprised if one of these songs pops up in a movie soundtrack. If I had heard this CD before, I would have paid full price in a heartbeat."
