"The Outfit takes listeners back to a time when rap was fun and about story-telling. The occassional use of live instruments as opposed to stale, sampled beats makes the listening experience even better. All songs are laced with humor, particularly track 6 Beauty of the Week which harkens back to the days of picking up your parents copy of Jet magazine and checking out the lovely conveniently tucked into the center-crease. If you like educated lyrics and phat beats, this album is for you."
