CD Reviews

What a find!
Larry Bouchard | Prospect, KY USA | 02/01/2009
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I was a huge fan of the Orb in the 90's. Live Orb 93, Orbus Terrarum, Adventures etc were the pinnacle of electronica for me. Fun, trippy, demented, upbeat, druggy, groovey - what a thrill they were in the day.

With Orbus Terrarum I felt they reached the pinnacle of their genre - but sadly couldn't figure out where to go from there. Each disc after Orbus for me was just progressively worse than the last.

But for all us fans of the old Orb, here are the moldy oldies and more freshened up to sound new again. All this wonderful old school Orb music on MP3 for under $10? What a find - what a gas! I haven't had this much fun with a music purchase in a long time. Buy this, get your best headphones on and get ready to trip like it's nineteen ninety uh, pick your year. A little tonic for the soul in these menacing times."
