"From a laptop at work(lunch)....This stuff is so REAL that: (1) You can smell the beer and smoke coming out of the speakers.. (2) The guitar screams, sighs, and whispers.. (3) Bass and drums work and sound like a well-tuned Chevy/Ford/Mopar V8.. (4) Lead singer and lyrics make you remember when you..... (5) The CD has captured the WAIL of a guitar amp about to explode(this is VERY good)...Observe the following cautions when listening to this CD: (1) In a car, pay attention to your speedometer....some cuts make you really wanna push the pedal thru the floor... (2) Have some beverages available cause you'll get thirsty.. (3) Avoid the urge to "Turn it up to 11!" or you may need new speakers...but it sounds great loud.... (4) Be careful using earbuds to listen at work cause your boss and co-workers will all wonder why you are "enjoying work and smiling"... (5) If you have a "steady", avoid playing the sad-but-true cut Love Contradiction when they are present...unless you enjoy arguments..And above all else: Be ready for the HUGE SMILE that will appear on your face when you hear these songs.....:-)"

"These guys rock! Keepin' the spirit of ZZ Top, Skynrd and the immortal Jimi Hendrix alive!!!! I listend to the first track and it made me want to go crank my Harley. These boys is bad!!! That guitar player (Wally?) has got some voodoo thing goin' on with that slide guitar. Makes me feel all tingley.. These guys pump it to the floor and keep it going. I can't stop listening to it. Big Don"

"I just bought the CD on the advise of a friend. I loved it! It has the sounds and soul of ZZ Top and Leonard Skynard with a honky tonk flavor. The CD as a total is so good that it is difficult to decide on a favorite cut. I think all Texas Rock & Rollers, as well as most Southerners, will really enjoy the style of guitar and vocals on this CD. I will definately "Slug One Down" for The Guzzlers."

"Makes me want to get up and dance. "Love Contradiction" makes me want to cry. "When I Hold You" made me wet. And, "Key Lime Boogie" topped off the CD with the sweet southern confection that great Texas bands have always been known for. I loved it. Highly recommended!"
A Rocking CD...A must have for your music library

"Fresh Southern Rock & Blues at it's very best. Excellent guitar & vocals backed by a tight, hard driving rhythm section. Caution...listen at your own risk...this CD could be habbit forming!"
