"I haven't heard anything like the Dead Poets. They take great poems and turn them into great songs with a folk/bluegrass sound. They sound similar to Phish. There is a real focus on bringing out the rhythms already in the lines of poetry, thus the poems flow naturally and don't sound forced. I had "Tyger, Tyger burning bright" running through my head for days as if it were a catchy radio song. The beautiful harmonic developments and skillful instrumentation make this CD enjoyable to music lovers, as well as poetry lovers."
