I have listened to this CD over 200 times in the past year, it is great while working in the garden, or background music for any occasion. I also listen to it as a Sunday morning relaxant-wake up call. It is not sleep inducing to me, I feel it generates my soul and makes me uplifted. This is an absolute must have CD for anyone who likes dreaming of being in the Rain Forest - This CD has a lot of class!"
