WHAT A VOICE!

"I have been a fan of Teresa's voice for years from her live shows. Still, I was not prepared for just how DARN HOT this cd is. In addition to Teresa's sassy, passionate, bluesy vocals, this cd features exceptional songwriting (especially by her husband Terry Wilson) & sensational arrangments. The sultry horns & soulful background vocals add real substance to the overall sound. While Teresa's voice may draw comparisons to Bonnie Raitt,Melissa Etheridge,Janis Joplin or Susan Tedeschi, the influence of other artists such as Lyle Lovett,Robert Cray and Delbert McClinton can also be heard here. In spite of Kathy Mattea's recent recording,Teresa does the definitive version of "TROUBLE WITH ANGELS". Ballads like "LOVE IS FOR ALL TIMES,"DANGEROUS",MEET MY MAKER" and "I KNOW WHAT LOVE CAN DO" can grab your heart while blues burners like "SHE'S GOT THE BUG",SHOORAH SHOORAH" and "I GOT TROUBLE WITH LOVE" will snap your head back. It just gets better every time I listen to it."
