"On a recent flight from London to New York on Virgin Atlantic, I tuned into the inflight radio channel listed "Soul Plane". Much to my surprise the dj host was none other than Jazzy B,(aka) The Funky Dred, from Soul II Soul fame. At about the midway point thru the set this tune (Sweeter Love) came on and just blew me away....the group (Blue 6) was totally unknown to me, but it had all the elements I always loved about groups like Soul II Soul, Young Disciples, Brand New Heavies, and more recently, the group Presence. Jazzy is a mix master par excellance, and this cut was the standout of an outstanding "Brit Soul" set. I listened to the entire set again just to here this cut a 2nd time."
