"with "amorematico" subsonica have done a space trip, with electronic experiments and "clubbing" tracks, in the last album "terrestre" it's easy to see a rock-switch. very close to the first works of the band, "terrestre" includes rock tracks, dub beats, acoustic ballads, instrumental experiments and trance sounds. all is played like 30 years ago, with instruments taken from the 70s, and with a lot of explicit references to prog rock ("gasoline" sounds like the first genesis). the first single, "abitudine", has a amazingly powerful refrain and an instrumental final part with new wave echo. lot of tracks, like "ratto", "l'odore" and "giorni a perdere", says you to jump and dance. the conclusion of the album is left to a electronic/acoustic ballad called "dormi", that underlines the great voice of the singer, samuel. an album that combines lots of different styles, in a perfect way, that confirms subsonica as the italian best act (in 2006 they will look also outside italy). but the best way to listen to subsonica is still on stage, when they give all their energy and make you move for more than two hours. an impressive live-band."
