It's As Important As Taking A Daily Vitamin!

"This CD was amazingly helpful after I mostly overcame a chronic pain condition as I needed help clearing and calming my mind (especially to keep me from worrying if my pain would return), but no longer had much pain so some earlier CDs of Dr. G.'s I was successfully using were fortunately less applicable.



As Dr. G. says in the early portion of this CD, the session "is your vacation from stress", and it's absolutely true! Since I started using this CD, the final remnants of my pain is virtually gone by day, and almost gone at night. It has also reduced my stress level and concerns about not sleeping for more than about two hours at a time at night, as I am now sleeping in blocks of 4 to 4 ½ hours at a time which I haven't done for months.



I now use it as "preventive medicine" to keep my stress level and body tension from getting too high. As soon as I have more than a day or two of stressful situations, or anticipate that I will, I immediately make sure I listen to this CD at some point that day. I think it's as important as taking your daily vitamins!
