Steve Halpern's Accelerating Self-Healing
12/01/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I loved Steve Halperns Accelerating self healing CD. I had been looking for self-healing music for my mother which has cancer. She loves listening to soft relaxing music and fell in love with this Item. She wanted me to order some more so she can give as Chistmas Gifts."
For quiet healing

(4 out of 5 stars)

"A friend dropped off "Self-Healing" after I flipped off my bicycle going 45 mph and broke 8 bones in my neck, lower back and ribs. It has been wonderfully relaxing and soothing to listen to for hours at a time as I have been confined to a recliner watching the clouds float by and the roses bloom. It is hard to clearly remember any specific music passages as they formed more of an acoustic environment conducive to my resting and healing as opposed to being dominant musical pieces in themselves. As soon as I am done with this typing I will be putting it on again and taking a rest. I am not too sure about some of the subliminal affirmations such as "Perfect health is your birthright," and this caused me to not rate the CD a 5 star. While this is true for many of us, there are those whose bodies have inborn errors causing them chronic disability and pain. BUT even for these folks, I think this music could be an effective aid to relax and rest."
