You are loved and accepted for who your are! - subliminal

"This is a positive self-esteem subliminal CD. It can help children and adults. It is recommended for all age group. The harp is especially beautiful in this composition.

For over 25 years, Steven Halpern has promoted the use of music to reduce stress and enhance health and well-being. This music will take you to a deep place that reminds you of how you felt as a child. Peaceful and safe.

This CD must be listened to while you are all snuggled up in bed with a down comforter up to your chin and a good book in hand. It is one of my favorite CD's to listen to in the winter.

Peace is a place where you feel harmony, contentment and joy. You feel as if you are at one with yourself and the world. This music will make anyone feel joyful and it is one of my favorite CD's. You could actually use this one in Yoga Practice because it makes you more aware and gives you confidence.

This music was an enlightening experience

"I listened to this CD a few times a few months back and then hastily put it in my CD rack and kept it there. The CD made me uncomfortable. I know it's supposed to help you gain self esteem so I didn't know what was wrong with me but I just couldn't stand listening to it. A few months later I pulled it out to give it another shot. When it hit me-this CD was stirring up my feelings of lack of self esteem. It was making me face my lack of self esteem instead of letting me hide that realization in the dark. It was shedding light on things I refused to face. And it was doing it in a gentle way, drawing out these emotions through the beautiful music so I could face them in a more loving state of mind. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with the CD but for me it was a real eye opener and now after taking a bath ( it seems to help add to the peaceful feeling and become more connected to myself) I turn on my CD and let the music wash over me like a rainbow of colors and feel peaceful as an infant. It's a wonderful CD that has helped enlighten me on things that I might have never faced if not for this music."
The Dream of Self-Esteem

"Let me guess...your dad was abusive...your mother was felt that if someone could understand you enough, love you enough, say the things you never heard as a child, you'd be okay.

Would you?
Would you really?

You think to yourself all the wonderful things you could be, do, and have if...

If you believed in yourself.
If you could let yourself let go of the past.
If you could forgive.

It's all such an "iffy" proposition.

Maybe you need to take out a picture of when you were eight years old and write a "love letter" to the child within. Maybe you need to visualize "white light" around all the people who ever hurt you and let them be lifted up to a fluffy cloud of forgiveness. Maybe you need to look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself a thousand times a day, "I love you..."

Or maybe you just need to buy this CD and sit with yourself. Maybe you need do nothing but breathe in...and breathe out and just allow yourself to listen to the music. If you feel resistance like the reviewer, "a Reader" did, just notice it...don't try and fight it or change it or "paste" a positive affirmation over it, just welcome it, embrace it, yes, my friend, love it...

Love your demons...

Love my demons?

Are you nuckin' futs...I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and now you want me to love the very things I detest...the very things I desire to rid myself of?

Keep listening to this incredible CD every day...maybe twice a day...maybe once in the morning and once in the evening. Keep breathing in and out...keep noticing what comes up to the surface and bless it, love it, release it.

Self-esteem...true, authentic SELF-esteem isn't a process of addition, it's a process of subtraction. When you listen to this CD and you are willing to face your resistance "head on" and be willing to just love it anyway in the way it shows up, you are actually shining the Light that you ALREADY are in its face and guess what, darkness has to fall away in the presence of Light. You don't have to fight it or do battle with it, the darkness isn't what's real, it's the Light that's real.

Oh, that's easy for you to say.

What if I told you I had the same dream of low self-esteem...the same desire to just end it all...the same disgust, hurt, and damage you might be feeling? We all do, friend, we all do. Deep within us there is a pain so raw that it just aches and this pain does manifest itself if unhealed.

Ummmm look at all the wars, the economic crisis, the devastation of our planet...this all starts with an unhealed heart...everything arises from the individual perspective...

How do we heal it?
How do we change it?

By doing absolutely nothing but being still, breathing in...breathing out...and just quietly listening to this beautiful CD and one day, in that stillness, you may get up from your chair and you may feel lead to "do" may just want to tell your parents that you love them, you may be brushing your teeth and look in the mirror and smile at yourself, you may feel lighter and more energetic and people will wonder, wow, what are you doing and you can say with all honesty:

"Nothing. I'm doing nothing but being me."

That is SELF-esteem friends, and this beautiful CD will help prepare you for this knowingness you are about to give yourself. I bless you for being willing to take a new step.

Be the the the hero of your dream.

Peace and Blessings, children of Light,
john, 'the Light Coach'"
