Brass Theater III offers a new approach to dance and music.

"Brass Theater III features the Star of Indiana and The Canterbury Brass Quintet. Star has broken out of the old everyday routine and created a wonderful blend of brass and percussion music. The Star of Indiana has evolved from its old roots in the drum and bugle corps activity (where they won a 1991 World Championship) and created this new musical genre. This CD includes Selections from West Side Story, How High the Moon, excerpts from The Planets, Cantina Band from Star Wars, and Music from E.T. Also, featured is the Canterbury Brass Quintet performing A. Plog, Allegro, Allegro Vivace, Andante, and Allegro. The best thing about Brass Theater III is the newness given to all of these pieces. Arrangers Jim Prime, Thom Hannum, Jim Ancona, and J. Tatgenhorst have written some outstanding fresh scores for the young performers of Star of Indiana . The beauty of the music coupled with the intensity of the talent of the cast of Star is more than a sufficient reason to purchase Brass Theater III."
