Professor Stanley Unwin - Rotatey Diskers

""Rotatey Diskers" is indicative of Stanley Unwin's unique language as he tells the childhood stories with which most of us are familiar. "Rotatey Diskers" is, of course, a reference to a rotating disk such as a record album or compact disk, although CDs did not exist at the time Unwin was popular forty plus years ago. "Goldyloppers and the three bearloaders" and "The Pidey Pipeloader of Hamling" are two of the titles of his stories. I don't think I need to explain what they mean. It makes for some amusing listening. I was quite surprised that Unwin could be found on Amazon, because he is essentially a British institution and an old one at that. Glad to have found it."
