Over a five-day period in January 2005, Children of the New Brigade was recorded at Athletic Sounds with producer Kai Andersen, and features guest appearances by David-Ivar Herman Düne, André Herman Düne and Néman Herman Düne. The first taste of the album came in the form of the four-song Morning Dancer EP released in Norway on June 13th, which got great reviews in the press and showed terrific promise for Children of the New Brigade.
