"Katherine Kemler's sound is so pure and lovely. These composers on this CD sound like the pieces are written just for her. Her color,shaping,phrasing is wonderful. The music on this CD is not hard to understand. Just beautiful music that is written for all walks of life. I look forward for these pieces to become part of my own rep since I'm a flutists.Michael Gurt is on the top of my list of favorite pianists. He has an extra spark that many pianist lack. Michael Gurt with Katherine Kemler are meant to play together as a duo. Both outstanding musicians. I hope the two of them will record many other CD's together."
