"Well, I came across this album at a flea market in New Jersey about a year and a half ago, just coming across CD's that looked good. I saw "Smoothe Sylk" and decided to pick it up. On my bus ride back home, I popped it in my personal CD player. I'm glad I stumbled across this hard-to-find, under-rated little treasure.My personal favorites are "Slow", "Someone is Me", "Closer I Get to You" (nice remake of the original) and "Show Me the Way". Unfortunately, this group is another one of those one-shot productions that really could have done more in the music field.
Through all the sound-alike R+B artists out today, it'll probably be of best interest to shop around and discover an artist new to you. You never know what you pick up until you listen to it, and a flea market seems to be the mecca of rare and forgotten CD's.So take that chance and buy this CD. It's definitely one for your R+B collection."
