CD Reviews

SLOW SUICIDE STIMULUS really surprised me.

"This is truly some progressive music here. It fuses alot of other feelings and rhythms not necessarily confined by typical rap. I bought this sheerly by chance, actually by the name and strength of Tame & Weathermen compadres if truth must be told. I was familiar with Artifacts and enjoyed Leak Brothers (Tame One and Cage Kennylz) and never heard of the Dusted Dons, which is a pity. Govone and Charlie Chan are right up there with all the heavyweights on the cd. The guests tend to get a little much to be honest. Yak Ballz once again sounds good with Tame. "Small Town" is probably the best song on the cd, but in my younger years I would have gotten high to "Roll Up", made love to "Pop Dat Thing" and rumbled after blasting "Akinesia" a couple of times.

This is hip hop at its turning point, its a shame the radio doesnt catch on, but then again...Once everyone else knows about it, I wont listen anymore. Lol

Really a great CD!!"

"AIte, Ill be tha first to say, im overall impressed with the this album, the production is good......Mighty Mi, Mondee, CamuTao and DUsted Dons are on the production here.....Guest appearances by Yak Ballz, Grandmaster Flash, and Camu Tao, and CAGE are excellent, Yak explodes on the hooks of 'Say Cheese' And 'Antidote' and Camu' does an great JOb on the hook on 'Cutty Sharks', Cage' appearance on 'Bi POlar ROllers'sounds sum of like the old cage I know, ITS also got vast aire, aesop, pretty much the entire weathermen crew on here............Dusted Dons and Tame 1, are on it on this cd, sum of these dusted cats can FLOW on this s**t...... the entire vibe is dark, grimy and str8 up lyrical.....chek this album out......It will be im MAD rotation for quite a while"
