"Basically, this is a collection of songs that depicts the tale fo two astronauts left to themselves to die in Space sometime in the Early 1970's. I've been trying to find the authenticity of this story, but have failed. However, whether true or false, it's a great band, a great tale, a really gets you thinking.
Tear jerker for "weak" people like me. XD

"you've got to check out this band - it's really too bad that noone seems to know who they are. their songs are incredible, great instrumentation, and a storyline to boot. the songs work well if you've followed the story or not, though... just give them a listen, please."
A band that is truly a master of words and music!

"I am proud to say I own all three Sleep Station CDs and have never taken them out of my 6 disc player. Each album by Sleep Station tells a story and weaves back and forth from sad to beautiful to heart wrenching. As a fan of Pink Floyd, Sun Kil Moon, Mojave 3, American Analog Set and many others I am blessed to have come across this band quite by accident. I bought 'After the War' at a clearance bin at Half-Priced Book Store for $1.00. As soon as I listened to it I went out and bought the other 2 albums. I have spread the word to friends and family but as with most of my music tastes they were not interested in listening to it. What a shame, but hey...what can you do? Thank you Sleep Station for giving me 3 of my favorite albums in a collection of over 7,000 CDs!"
