"Unbelievable!! This album far exceeded expectations and is a must have for any fan of AHJ and/or Lake Shore Drive. The new material is very enjoyable and the reworks of LSD, Last One of The Night People, and For Eddie are refreshing productions of old favorites that bring these songs new feeling. LSD (unplugged) does more for LSD than Layla (unplugged) did for Layla. Add a great cover of Steve Goodman's City of New Orleans and a brief story about Eddie and Duke to lead into the classic For Eddie and you have over 60 minutes of pure joy. Just hope this native son returns to Chicago for an encore."

"Having lost track of Skip when I lived in L.A., I'm very happy to see that he's stayed with his music. He has tremendous talent and this CD exemplifies his dedication to quality - as opposed to trendy - writing, vocals, and composing. I'd like him to add "Stone Angel" to the next work he releases."
