Daksha Bhasker | Canada | 11/11/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"You will experience breathless awe at being in the presence of sheer beauty with this music. The pieces are rich with emotion intricately woven in, some bringing you to your feet to dance and some leading you to soulful dreaming. Truly innovative - a magical & joyous rediscovery of Christmas!!! What Genius!!!

For the love of music don't miss out!!

Versatile and Timeless!
Chandler Haun | Costa Mesa, CA United States | 11/24/2006

"Jim Skafish is not only a unsung pioneer of new wave craziness but, it turns out, an accomplished jazz pianist and a brilliant arranger. Who would've thought the same man who belted out such subversive classics as "Disgracing The Family Name" and "Joan Fan Club" would produce the greatest christmas instrumental album since The Vince Guaraldi Trio. Cheers Jim! Awesome album."
Could it be?

"Is this the "Skafish" from Chicago circa 1979. I would do anything to hear "Disgracing the family name" on cd!"
