"I had a friend send me a tape with songs from both _Beating Harps_ and _Play on Light_ on it, and I was hooked! The different styles of songs covered, and the quality of the musicianship combine to create one of the best artists/duets I've heard in a long time. I highly recommend Síleas to anyone interested in hearing Scottish harp music, or indeed anything "Celtic" that isn't a mass-produced or mass-marketed album that goes in the "Irish" category but would probably fit better in "New Age" or "Pop" or "Pseudo-Celtic". This is FABULOUS stuff!"

"The intertwining of metal-strung and gut-strung harps is magic. This and their first album "Delighted With Harps" are my favorites, but all they have done is wonderful. From the Poozies (particulary with Sally Barker) to the Clan Alba cd, these two deliver the real thing. If you like real celtic harp music, buy Sileas - you won't be sorry."
