"I bought this album in 1978 and it remains #1 on my list of albums to take to a desert island. This is, presumably, the album Alex penned after a collapse from exhaustion in 1976. A concept album of sorts, it takes me to places I still don't understand completely. Theatrical visionary genius with elements of prog-rock, punk, and vaudevillian charm. (For fans of Killing Joke, they played 'Booids' before coming onstage for many years.) Years ahead of its time for its views on the damaging march of technology in our lives."
This is an awesoome album.

"This is Alex Harvey at his best. If you only buy one S.A.H.B. album, make it this one."
