"This cd, along with the other four in the set, is a pleasant and useful tool for transforming any space into a balanced space. These cds work best when played one after the other in the correct sequence, but they also work well individually. Unlike "subliminal message" recordings, these cds work for everyone, regardless of cultural background. In addition, it is not necessary to understand feng shui theory and practice in order to experience the full benefitsof this series. I play individual cds when I want to. The heart (phoenix) cd is the one I play the most. Nice soundtracks for when life can use a tune-up. Highly recommended, along with a cd player that will play all five cds in order without pause. Also useful for playing around children and pets who are not as balanced as you wish they be. Worth the wait!"
