"As a yoga instructor/musician, i am constantly seeking out music that moves and transports, centers and calms. I have heard all of Shaman's Dream's records, and this is my fave. The first track has one of the loveliest Shanti chants. I often use this CD in my classes, and it is fine to let it play without interruption, starting gently, slowing building into a steady rhythm, and then coming down easy. Shaman's Dream play frequently at trance-dance gatherings in Los Angeles, so they are well versed in what will move a listener, what will allow the thinking mind to fall away, what will evoke deep exploration. Craig Kohland is a master. If you like Gabrielle Roth, Anugama, Krishna Das, etc. or just Eastern music in general, i think you'll dig this."
