"I must admit, this album has been quite the surprise...as Amped was a rather dull endeavor. a few changes have occured since the last witches record...first off, the songs, are faster, heavier, better written...I can't get over the improvements that Jack Frost and co. have made with this album...this cd just grabs you by the throat and doesn't let go...if Jack Frost was looking to evade the Judas priest-isms of his previous works, he has finally done so...this is hands down the bands crowning achievement...another thing to note, is Alan Teccio on vocals...he is no longer out of key...here he is powerful as all hell...more controlled, and more restrained...this is the best recording of his career. this is a must for anyone who has enjoyed the seven witches back catalog, and for anyone who enjoys the heavier side of power metal...."
