"The idea behind the CD was so that a drummer can practice to the music on the CD and become the "drum track" for the music.



This CD is an excellent and rare resource for drummers that want to practice to classic music without already having a pre-recorded drum track.



This really allows a drummer to know if he/she is on track with the music and if he/she is ready to start performing with a live band. It is too easy to rely on the pre-recorded drums in a normal music on cd and just follow along. A pre-recorded drum track can also interfere if you are trying to memorize a song. You are not normally able to test yourself because the drums are always there in the song on a regular CD.

This CD forces the person practicing to really "hold" the song the same way they would be expected to do when playing on stage.



This CD is not about hurting arabic culture, it is a tool to assist drummers in being able to play the arabic music they love even better while they are still students."
