Album Description

The intention of this collection of pieces is to frame a kind of soothing, musical landscape of Hawaii. In addition to the instruments, there are sounds of waterfalls, birdsongs, and ocean surf that were recorded on Kauai. There are times when a bit of tropical paradise would be a healthy escape, and hopefully at such times this recording may be of some small service.

"We had the great pleasure of meeting Scott and listening to him nightly when he was playing in Kauai. Always had the cassettes and were very happy to be able to pick up all of his CDs. He uses different guitars and styles, such as slack key. Nice to hear you again, Scott!"
