"I first heard of Scott Lark from an obscure Danja Mowf sampler. Uber loosley affiliated with Danja Mowf, who was in the Superfriends, which also featured Mad Skillz, now know as Skillz. I would have never looked for this EP if I had never checked out Mad Skillz, funny... and it would have been a shame if I never found this gem. Six degrees of seperation, but all leading to a dope record.
Mid-90s' beats and underground flows fill the tracks on this EP. This EP was a great introduction to Scott Lark, but unfortunately this was the only time we ever heard anything from him. Sad because this EP showed the potential this artist had. If he continued with his carrer, this probably would have one of those CDs that would sell for $50 on e-bay.
The unfortunate thing about this EP is just the fact of how low budget the coverart is and the weak distribution it received. Also, the EP is almost totally repeated with clean versions of the songs and an inst. and accapella of "Razzel Dazzel."
If you're a fan of 90s'underground hip-hop, you'll enjoy this EP, but trying to get your hands on it might be a little hard."

"Are you kidding??? So many of us search for honest and genuine music, yet we never reach our destination. Scott is where we are headed. If you think you know about music; check this EP. Prove to yourself that music is more important than image and promotion. If I could only get in touch with Scott I would book him at our club. Lipdrum dot com."
