"The contents shown above are a give-away: this album is a transcription of four promo broadcasts made in the late 1940s - early 1950s for the National Guard. If you want to be reminded what radio was like in those days, buy it! If you want to hear some Sauter-Finegan music, you will have to listen past about half the CD, with chatter between the announcer and the female vocalist (Betty Madegan) and advertisements for the Guard."
