"Sex and Soul is one of the greatest soul classics of all time. Most of the songs on this album are so good that I would put them on a CD of the top 100 souls songs of all time. Roy C's heart-wrenching music is from the same school as that of Otis Redding, Clarence Carter, Joe Simon and Solomon Burke. No self-respecting lover of soul music should be without this album. Let us see more of Roy C's music issued on CD."
