CD ReviewsSoft, Smooth and Sensual augey | Chicago IL USA | 01/22/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "This cd features Ron Brown playing soprano sax and is the smoothest and most beautiful sax cd that I own. The majority of the songs are smooth and sensual with the best being "Serenade", "From My Eyes Only", "You Are Not Alone", "Why Does It Hurt So Bad", "I'd Rather Be With You" and "The Morning After". The cd was put out by Discovery Records in 1997 and at the time Doc Powell was also with Discovery. Doc appears on almost every song on the cd mainly playing keyboards, but also playing guitar. Since this cd came out Ron Brown has become a minister and his music today is gospel. But make no mistake about it, this is not gospel here. This is smooth jazz at its best."
