"Robin Avery is a beautiful talent that can only be fully appreciated by sitting in on a live performance of hers. She demonstrates the power of passion through her unique, yet familiar vocal stylings, as well as her straight from the heart lyrics. To be perfectly honest, after I had won her Aurora CD during a "Name That Tune" contest at Mizner Park, Boca Raton, FL, I had a difficult time deciding whether to bolt to my car to start playing the CD, or continue sitting on the steps of the fountain totally mesmerized by her demure, yet strong presence. I was blessed by not having to make that choice, as her set ended shortly after my quandry. Once I started the CD player in my car, I did not cease until I had run through the CD five times. In other words, I love "Aurora" and only wish she had been able to begin her second career much sooner. I look forward to the time that "The Way You Hold Me" comes out and we can all enjoy a sweet, rockin', jazzy set. Matt Scheidell 5/30/2002"
