Synopsis

Product Description
As a member of INI, Rob-O crushed their unreleased but heavily bootlegged classic album from start to finish, often leaving Green St.'s microphones damp with an ammonia meets cannaboid stench. Similarly, he rips like Wrestlemania XII on this 1st time collected (on CD or otherwise) previously released & unreleased tracks dating from 1994 through 1999. Rob- O's lyrical style is a throwback to the "Golden Era" of Hip Hop, when Gang Starr, L.O.N.S., Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Brand Nubian, Lord Finesse, etc, were releasing back to back classics. Production by PETE ROCK (on four tracks), GRAP LUVA, SPUNK BIGGA (BRAND NUBIAN), UNSUNG HEROES and more. The track "Stay Away" features DE LA SOUL, and "So Manny Rappers" features PETE ROCK on vocals. The album includes a STRETCH & BOBBITO freestyle with INI. Rob-O currently appears on the JUGGANOTS' just-released sophomore album "Use Your Confusion" and copies of Rob-O's "Superspectacular" 12" single from 1994 regularly change hands for $30 to $40 on eBay.

"When I purchased this masterpiece I did so because I love Rob O. The Pete Rock albums Hip Hop Underground Hip Hop Classics feature Rob O as part of INI. I STILL listen to this album often and it is where I was first turned on to Rob O's style. I love ROB O Rhyme Pro, first of all the production alone is outstanding!!!!! I love Rob's flow and he is a lyrical genius...Robs selection of guest MC's was so well throught out, De La Soul rocked it on track 2!!!This album is so what we crave to hear in HIP HOP music today and at the same time very "back in the day", true HIP HOP... This is one of the best HIP HOP albums I have heard in awhile...Please make MORE Rob and also Please bring back INI!!!I loved every cut on this ablum, especially track 08 Murderville...This track is sooo damn dope, I will play this album for years to come...It flows so beautifully...
