"this may not be the kind of music you expect from brazil... renato braz sings songs of many great songwriters, including chico cesar, dori caymmi and paulo cesar pinheiro. it's a very 'simple' album - most of the time, you hear renato's voice and one or two more instruments - and this makes it a very 'true' album, without the technology of samplers, amplifiers and other magic 'tricks'... i can't decide for you, but if you like interesting brazilian music - this means if you accept that brazilian music is more than carnavalmusic - i really encourage you to discover renato braz !"
