Synopsis

Album Description
The Relativez are a staple of Los Angeles rap. In the '90s, the world first heard this innovative group on the Banging On Wax albums. After standing out on this popular series, Suge Knight immediately signed them and their momentum became even stronger after their hit street single 'Eastside Westside' started tearing up the clubs and radio air waves. After leaving Death Row, they recorded and released three classic albums. Now they're back with Legendary.

CD Reviews

5th group album is another good one
G$ | B-More, MD | 10/28/2008
(4 out of 5 stars)

"The Relativez return with their 5th group album, and 2nd of '07. I also have a mixtape of theirs and the Young Soldierz album (Big Wy & Lil Stretch, although Suga Buga was on a few songs). Of the 5 albums and the mixtape and YS album most are 4 stars, with the 1st 2 Relativez albums being 4.5 or 5 star, great albums. Like most of their albums, you are going to get some west coast G-Funk and street tales on here. The tracklist and guest list that are on here and the back of the CD are not correct. Of the 13 songs, 5 are ok, 1 Classic, and the remaining are good or real good songs. Guests are a little heavy, on 10 of the 13 songs, and 4 of the songs Suga Buga isn't on. Production is mostly nice, and handled by Steve Vicious, Big Wy, J Hustle and Rashad Coles. A nice album for fans of west coast gangsta music.
